Over the past four and a half years Jimmy's has provided boutique Aspen catering services for a limited number of clients. Our trademarks have always been: we leave your house in better shape than when we arrived, the food is always delicious and presented beautifully, and our service is always friendly, professional and efficient. Most importantly, all you need to do is make one phone call and then show up to your party as the Host and enjoy yourself. Our Catering Department can help you create your special event, which can vary from an intimate soiree to large theme parties either on, or off-premise. We will arrange for entertainment, photographers, all rentals, flowers and decorations to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Recently I have decided to extend my catering service beyond its' current scope. During the past few months I have been building a full time catering team. This has allowed us to cater to a larger clientele while maintaining our standards of excellence.
