Jimmy's is located in the downtown core of Aspen with mountain views and serves Fierce American Food: the finest in steaks and seafood in an upscale yet unpretentious atmosphere. Owned and operated by Aspen locals Jimmy Yeager and Jessica Lischka, Jimmy's has been an Aspen Institution since 1997 and is known for a world-class approach to hospitality, an award-winning wine list featuring more than 600 discerning selections from around the world and a nationally recognized bar program. 

Executive Chef Emily Oyer uses the finest ingredients to produce a mouth-watering, indulgent menu. Jimmy's is committed to a sustainable approach to drinking and dining through programs such as offering straws upon request, composting and waste reduction.
